🎂 Eligibility & Consent

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bump And Merge. If you have not reached the age of legal capacity where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf. By continuing you confirm that you have the capacity to enter this agreement and that your use will comply with applicable law.

🎮 Service Description

Bump And Merge is a mobile merge puzzle in which players bump pieces together, combine matching items, and clear boards to progress. The Application may include promotions, in-app advertising, and optional reward features. Levels, mechanics, economy balancing, and reward rules may change, pause, or end at any time without prior notice.

🔒 Account, Access & Security

• You are responsible for activity carried out on your device and within your sessions
• Do not share credentials, bypass authentication, or access systems without authorization
• Provide accurate information for withdrawals, verification, or support requests
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account

⛔ Acceptable Use

While using the Application you may not:

• Deploy bots, scripts, emulators, or similar tools to manipulate merges, ads, or rewards
• Reverse engineer or extract source code except where the law expressly permits it
• Attack, overload, or disrupt https://dyxa.bumpmerge.com or any partner system
• Submit fraudulent withdrawal requests or fabricate advertising impressions
• Harass other users, upload unlawful material, or infringe intellectual property rights
• Breach applicable law or any provision of these Terms

💵 Rewards, Withdrawals & PayPal

• Rewards, where offered, are promotional and governed by in-app rules and eligibility criteria
• Withdrawals may require minimum balances, fraud review, identity checks, and a verified PayPal account
• Suspicious or rule-breaking requests may be delayed, canceled, or denied
• Processing times depend on PayPal, partners, compliance checks, and your region

©️ Intellectual Property

Software, artwork, trademarks, merge item assets, level designs, audio, and other materials in the Application belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play for personal, non-commercial purposes under these Terms. No further rights are granted by implication.

📣 Advertising & Third-Party Services

The Application may integrate advertising, analytics, attribution, and payment partners, each governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices that fall outside our reasonable control.

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how Personal Data is collected, used, and shared, including processing associated with https://dyxa.bumpmerge.com. By using the Application you acknowledge that you have reviewed that document.

🚧 Suspension & Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, interfered with fair play, or created risk for other users or the platform. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

📉 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bump And Merge, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Application, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
